This year, the Saskatchewan Vegetable Growers Association will be holding their annual field day in the Outlook/Dinsmore area. CSIDC will be featured as a tour stop and the venue for lunch.

At the stops, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the extensive horticulture program at the research farm. The Irrigated Crop Diversification Corporation has 9 separate trials at CSIDC in 2017.

These trials range from sequential plantings of broccoli cultivars to the use of photo selective netting on fruit orchards. Other stops on this tour include tours of the Spring Creek Garden and the Dinsmore Colony Gardens.
